Food Food Food: Grilled Cheese Trucks

This isn’t a review per se. Just a reoccurring observation… I keep stumbling upon Grilled Cheese Food Trucks. Roxy’s and Grilled Cheese Nation in particular. I have not yet had the pleasure of trying either as I generally come across them on my walk home from work. That awkward not-quite-supper time of day. I plan to try and hunt down BOTH of these trucks during my upcoming “stay-cation”.  A potential comparison review in the near future. Sound good?

Side Note: I do appreciate the growing food truck scene here in Metro Boston. Dreading the inevitable slump. Support local!
